Race-Tech Aluminum Muffler - 690 Enduro/SMC-R (2008-2018)

Ive ridden now a bunch with this new pipe. Kind of hard to compare to others, as well the other was stock. It is lighter and runs cooler. Important with soft pannier bags. there are way more expensive pipes out there. Frankly I don’t seem to need MORE POWER on a 690!!!
Seams the Rottweiler air dungle and this pipe work well together. Next will be the Rottweiler Intake. When I think performance parts for my 690 I come here and only here.

What can I say!? I love Arrow pipes. I have used just about everything in the last 40 years (on nearly every non-USA bike) I have owned (30+bikes) and have always loved the fit and sound of the Arrow pipes on my Ducati and Huskys(Italian ones). After 200 miles of burning my left leg on the cat I decided to put one of these pipes on my new '18 KTM 690 Enduro R. I was a little anxious on how it would fit, sound, and potential fueling issues. Well, it fit perfect, super light, solid build, and after 500 miles of riding on freeways and off road, the sound is great. Not too loud for "no ear plug riding" with a great note and stealthy enough when keeping it mellow. I also like how easily the spark arrestor installs in the pipe. Just remember to break off the little spot welded tab before you try to take out the cir-clip! In closing, I highly recommend this pipe and the guys at Rottweiler. They were very helpful when I called with numerous questions before I purchased this. Oh, and fueling? Their honest responses and advice to my questions about fueling after removing the cat were the reason I went with them! They did not try to sell me anything I did not need. They made me a customer for life.

Added this pipe to my 701 SM. Sounds incredible. Way more power combined with fuel dongle. Low rpms its not too loud so wont piss off the neighbors. Hardest part of the install was retreiving the seal from the OEM muffler.

just installed on my husky 701. Pretty easy, took about an hour or so. First impression is that power went up enough to notice, especially on the low end. Sound is wayyyyy better. I'd guess weight is about half or a third of the original. The stainless steel end is better imo than the carbon since it does not bump into the rear left turn signal. And the sticker is blue and yellow ;-)
