They used PLASTIC for OEM? OMG
This is another no brainer. So simple to install / swap out. I was replacing my fuel lines to have the inline filter kit sold here and the FREAKING plastic 90 degree spigot was brittle and snapped off as I was removing the hose! I was dead in the water until this part arrived - excellent craftsmanship. Still shakin' my head as to why OEM was plastic in the first place. If you are doing any work down in this area - this spigot and the Fuel Pump Guard are a MUST for peace of mind.

Easy install. Much nicer than the stock plastic one.

Rottweiler Products are Great
This is another fine piece of billet. Like the fuel pump guard, this piece is much more substantial than the factory spigot.

No doubt a great little upgrade. The stock spigot is a cheap plastic piece. This removes the issue.
Love it!

Easy to replace the OEM Part , best when gas tank is removed. But would work also when the gas tank is as empty as possible.

Piece of mind. for a low cost.
Was easy to fit and gives me piece of mind I got rid of the plastic failure point. Added the fuel line conversion and spigot protector at the same time. Instructions were spot on and enjoyed the process Thanks for making these great bikes better.

Chris goes beyond what can be a flimsy design and makes something that has longevity and serious function. Being an Australian who started using his products on my 1290 SAR, if I see a product that Chris has designed and fits my purpose - I buy it. Easy to fit and will last for years. Thank you Chris, Will and Jessica D.

This simply replaces your vulnerable plastic spigot with one made of billet aluminum. Once you've removed the tank, the only thing you need to worry about is spilling fuel if you weren't smart enough to drain the tank like me. I laid the tank back to keep the fuel.away from the fuel pump and had everything changed in a matter of minutes. Combined with the fuel pump guard, this should make damage a non issue.
