Inserts we're good to go I am an engineer so threading the bars was not an issue however if you're not an engineer or if you don't remove your bars from the motorbike you may have some issues with the threading process personally very happy with the results they do contribute to antivibration however I'm using them on a very vibebe single cylinder cycle so it doesn't totally eliminate all the vibrations but it helps contribute to less which is really all I can ask for product as well made the tap is the perfect size for the thread they make very well so no complaints through me thanks very much cheers from New Zealand

Very well made pieces and the driver included is very high quality and perfect for OEM KTM handlebar. Clear instructions and low difficulty to do the installation.

Weights removed vibrations in my handle bars below 65mph on my 1190 ADV R. Above 65 I still have some vibration but still dampened. Install wasn’t too difficult. Just take your time with the tap and make sure you are center. For those looking to attach wrap around hand guards. I needed to get a custom spacer for my bark busters because the original bark buster handlebar inserts had a shoulder/spacer on the ends.

Serves two purposes! No more vibration and the most solid mount for wrap around hand guards! Worth it, difficult to run a tap inside the handlebars but be patient, it’s worth it!
