Can you tell with Naked Eyes if a tire is under or over inflated? Most people are not capable and having insufficient pressure can contribute to many circumstances such as faster tire wear, less grip in extreme conditions, and even potentially a crash if the rider was not aware of a flat. This smart Bluetooth Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) monitors tire pressure and temperature in real time while riding and even when in Bluetooth range. These sensors utilize a proprietary algorithm to detect slow leaks that can leave you stranded in remote areas as well as fast leaks. Once the sensors determine an anomaly, it will send out an alert to all devices connected via Bluetooth. Using the FOBO App, you will be capable of setting 3 different levels of warnings. For notifications, FOBO Bike 2 sends audio, haptic, and text alerts to smart phones, smart watches, and Bluetooth headsets! This ultimately eliminates the necessity to mount yet another instrument to your bikes' fairing or handlebar. Not only will FOBO notify you when the tire pressure is low, you can view the tire pressure and temperature at any time using the FOBO App on your smartphone or smartwatch. The app is compatible with any phone using Android 5.0 or Apple iOS 12 and newer. Powered by a CR1632 battery, life expectancy can be up to 1 year before needing a replacement.

NOTE: FOBO strongly recommends use of sensors with only metal valves as users find that it is difficult to determine the conditions of rubber valves. Use of sensors with rubber valves can cause a leak which can lead to sudden loss of control of the vehicle. If user chooses to use rubber valves, users must regularly check if the valves are fit to use. FOBO and Rottweiler Performance will not liable for any untoward consequences.
