I don't normally review products. But the high level of Rottweiler Performance customer service deserves a mention. I recieved my axle pulls from Rottweiler. No, they're not bling, I really need them to quickly switch different sized Woody's wheel sets (okay-those are bling). Rear went on in less than a minute. The pull is very stout and the handle is just the right size. Better than trying to pound the axle out with a hammer and risk damaging a wheel bearing. Front was the wrong product. Called Nick at Rottweiler and he confirmed that their packaging folks made an error. He made things right in a matter of minutes by sending me an RMA label for the wrong product and expediting the correct pull handle to my front door which should arrive in a couple of days. So what-someone made an honest mistake and I didn't get torqued over the matter. What's important is that Rottweiler made it right and I'm not losing my mind trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. Life is good. Thanks Nick!
