Warm hands, worth the effort

Installed on a 2015 1290 superduke, and it took about an hour (most of that was finding the glue for the left grip). Installation is very straightforward (there is a socket waiting for them behind the headlight, already labeled), involving about 4 or 5 screws. Once installed, the computer finds them and you can use the multifunction control to turn them on or off and control the heat level (3 settings). Once turned on, they default to on each time you turn the bike on until you turn them off, so it's great for the winter. I haven't noticed any negatives (battery drain, etc.), and on medium they are warm enough for 40s-50s (winter here in the south). I wear them with uninsulated waterproof gloves, and they have pleasantly extended my riding season. Highly recommended!
