Quick Flip Mirror Mount Kit (Arrow Kit)

I have a 2018 Superduke R with the KTM hand guards - I didn’t think there was an issue with my OEM mirrors until I rode a friends bike with convex mirrors. I searched and found these - the fit and finish is amazing. I installed these and rode with the OEM mirrors still on and it was clear the arrows although smaller, they provide a wider field of view and the don’t vibrate like OEM. Also, I was pleasantly surprised how much the buffering was reduced!

Please know these were not supposed to go on a BMW so this was my oversight. I finally installed these on the end of the bars without the mounts that come with the kit. You'll need 2, M12 x 1.5 bolts that are about 10mm longer than the Torx bar end bolt that you will remove. Stack 3 M12 lock washers and then an M12 flat washer on the bolt in that order (flat closets to bars) and tighten slightly onto the bar end with the locking washers "lined up" best you can. Now, unfasten the mirror buckle and install it onto the washer stack enough to reign in the washers. Now adjust and tighten down the bolt and the mirror buckle as you adjust! Hopefully Rottweiler Performance will make a spacer especially for the BMW bar ends to suit better what I had to do.

I mainly ride trails, but will connect to other trails by riding on the street. I needed a good quality mirror that can be flipped up and down as needed without getting broken off in the woods. These mirrors are high quality and the unique design for flipping and folding is great.

Mounted them to my DR650 with cycra handguards. Took a bit of extra work since that’s not what they were designed for but the end result was excellent. I left my old mirrors on to line up the new ones and comparing the view to them I was surprised to see that I could see just as clearly in the smaller mirrors, AND I could actually see more around me. Didn’t expect to have my cake and eat it too. The mounting bolts they came with were a little short to go through my metal handguards, so I switched out the bolts for a slightly longer one. The stalk plugs they include with the mirrors and the paper to line the drilling holes out were a nice touch. Haven’t crash tested yet thankfully but even if I break them I’d buy them again. Excellent purchase.

Absolutely love these mirrors. I was on the fence of purchasing these because of the cost, but I’m glad I finally pulled the trigger. First off, Excellent quality in both the mirrors and mounts. They look great. I was worried about visibility and vibration being so close to the bar ends, but these sit solid and provide great visibility. Bonus, the removal of the stock mirrors really reduced my helmet buffeting at highway speeds. Definitely recommend these.

I love the quality of this kit! There is a channel on the inside of the hand guard that makes this mount problematic. I'm thinking of buying the performance mounts and putting them where the stock mirrors mount. I did email support to see if they have any other ideas. These rock though!
