I've got QSE-1s installed on my 2013 FJR and 2015 Speed Triple, so the unit was a known quantity to me. Also flashed my 2015 SD ECU as well, so I don't have Dynojet modules on my bike.
Works really well with the 2015's SD's 'box, and have been getting smooth up-shifts pretty much from the off. I leave the unit on it's 'auto' setting to let it work out what it thinks is best. Could be some mileage in changing settings manually, but as I'm just using this for street use 'auto' works fine for me.
If you're doing a Rotty Intake install then a good idea to put this on at the same time, as you/ll need access to the throttle bodies to clip in the harness. Plenty of spare cabling to route the control unit wherever you like towards the back under the saddle as well. Install process is very easy though.
