little part that has a big job.
this shift arm and spring was a simple job, it certainly makes a big difference on up and down shifts,so far no false neutrals!

Installed this along with changing to amsoil and replaced the clutch cover gasket. Fixed the false neutrals i was having from 2-3 and 4-5, and it shifts much quicker now. The 5-6 false neutral is still there sometimes if you really wind it out in 5th. Took it to the track the first weekend I installed it and had to consciously shift into 6. Good but not perfect.

I track my 701 regularly and have been plagued by false neutrals consistently since I got it. Changing to Motul 300V and installing this shift kit made the transmission buttery smooth with no issues at all. I'm completely stoked!

Install on my 2018 701 supermoto. Before shifting was very CLUNKY feeling and I had numerous missed shifts and false neutrals. I was starting to question buying this bike. Installed this kit and OMG what a difference. I am so happy with the way it performs now. Gearbox feels very smooth and I haven't missed a shift yet.

This shift kit has a stiffer spring (which is annoying to install!!!) Good thing it's worth it! With the ceramic bearing, the spring pulls the shift cleanly into position even if you don't do a good job of shifting. It won't cure what feels like a crunchy gearbox, but the shifts are positive and clean.

Had 2 complaints with my new SM. Exhaust was too hot and quiet and the dang false neutrals. Was so exited to see this fix when I came to this website. The shifts are so crisp now its unbelievable. If money was tight this would be my first upgrade for sure.

I've been wanting one of these for a while and finally pulled the trigger to install during my spring bike maintenance (riding season is finally here in Alaska).
End result I'm totally blown away how much better my 690 shifts now. I can no longer get false neutrals going from 5th to 6th at highway speeds even trying to by barely shifting. Wish I had bought this a long time ago. All the shifts feel really solid on top of the false neutral problem being gone.
The instructions factory pro have on their website aren't very good, but there's a helpful video of another rider doing this install on Youtube that makes it super simple.
If you're on the fence for this upgrade, do it. Definitely worth the cash.
