Tank Gas Fuel Filler Neck Cap Cover Kit

The NiceCNC fuel filler cap is designed to replace the OEM cap on KTM 790 and 890 models, addressing common issues related to key breakage and fuel tank contamination. The keyless design removes dependence on the ignition key for access, while the sealing structure helps reduce the entry of dirt, dust, and water during refueling. The filler opening is aligned with the tank inlet to support smoother fuel flow and reduce splashing.

Manufactured from anodized 6061 aluminum, the cap offers a lightweight and durable construction. The integrated sealing system and side venting design support consistent tank breathing while allowing compatibility with tank bags. A stainless steel lanyard is included to help keep the cap secured during refueling.
