The Zumo XT2 motorcycle navigator is made to hit the road. With a bright and easy to see in the daylight 6" display that is glove-friendly and packed with features, you are guaranteed to find the perfect motorcycle route. The Zumo XT2 is also the perfect companion to an InReach Mini 2, allowing the user to see and respond to satellite messaging right on the Zumo’s screen. The Zumo XT2 also incorporates Garmin’s Explore functionality, seamlessly and automatically exchanging tracks, routes, waypoints and more to your Explore account via the Garmin Tread app.

What is best for me, the Garmin XT2 or Tread – Base Edition? Garmin says “If you have a street tire, go for the XT2. If you have knobbies, go for the Tread – Base Edition”. In our experience, if you are not using Garmin’s trip planning features and use 3^rd party software to customize your own maps, either unit is a great bet with the Zumo XT2 being a bit larger, but in a nutshell, the XT2 is geared towards street ride planning, while the Tread – Base Edition is pre-packed with off road trails to discover.

Parkers' Choice: Our favorite mount is the Trail Tech Center Mount due to its low profile mounting capability.
