Case Saver - 690-701 (ALL)

The case saver offers excellent quality and durability at a reasonable price point. It fits perfectly without the need for modifications, reflecting Vanasche Motorsports' attention to detail and compatibility. It's great that you can see the chain sprocket through it, a feature absent in the stock plastic case saver.
Overall, I highly recommend Vanasche Motorsports' case saver for any Husqvarna 701 SM owner.

Installed easily on my 2015 KTM 690 enduro r with a 16 tooth counter sprocket.

Fits nicely with 15T sprocket on 690, great fit and finish.

Really compliments the bike and as well as make cleaning the chain a lot easier.

Install is only a few minutes, and the case saver is very high quality. Superb finish and fit, and will be much better than the stock cover

I had to replace the clutch slave cylinder on my Husky 701 LR (at 274 miles) and installed the Vanasche case saver at the same time. The stock plastic guard would provide no protection from a broken chain,.so save yourself the trouble of a broken case and install this economical, quality piece of insurance.

overall 4/5. way better than the stock garbage

The 701 had a cheesy plastic chain guard, not going to stop a chain from punching a hole in the case if failure. Worth it for the protection!

This thing is solid, well made and provides great protection for my engine. Installation took 4 or 5 minutes. Took longer to get the tools out than to do the work.
