This is a great kit. It was very easy to install and cleaned up the engine compartment considerably on my 701 enduro. Like all of the Rottweiler products everything included in the kit fit and worked flawlessly.

Just did a review and i forgot to mention one negative part and that is that you only get one "R" sticker.

701 SAS/Canister Removal Kit Clean install
This is a simple but effective kit. It cleans up the sides of the bike and makes deceleration sound so much smoother. After tear down, this would have taken me 20 mins if I didn't drop the copper washer in between the head and starter! Doh! I opted to route the now capped sensor plugs back up to the above the head to reduce even more clutter on the side. I also flipped and put a bend in my horn bracket. This allowed me to mount and tuck the horn behind the radiator in the open spot where the canister was.

Easy Install - Runs perfectly
This was a very easy install. The directions you can download are very clear and there are two optional steps that can save you a lot of extra time should you choose to go that route. I took the opportunity to remove the airbox to tidy everything up as much as possible, clean the area under the airbox and inspect things you never normally see. Bike runs just the same as it did before (i didn’t have any backfiring as some have noted on my stock bike) but now there is a lot more room around the engine. Easier to keep an eye on and clean everything now.
